Momma Motherboard LLC Client Terms and Conditions For Remote

I (Client) agree to pay Momma Motherboard LLC to repair, analyze and troubleshoot my computer devices at a rate of $150 per hour. Time will be billed to the nearest 1/4 hour.

Client agrees to provide credit card information prior to starting remote session. You will not be billed until completion of the session.

Although Momma Motherboard LLC will endeavor to conduct all activities in a timely manner, I understand that troubleshooting issues may be a time-consuming process and agree to pay Momma Motherboard LLC for troubleshooting time as necessary. Client also agrees to pay for all hardware/licenses necessary to repair or protect their computer.

Program installation, including Windows, will require a valid product key in order to install. If the customer does not have a valid key, the customer will be required to purchase one, at customer's expense, before Momma Motherboard LLC will install it. Momma Motherboard LLC will not install or crack any pirated software.

If I require training with respect to services rendered,, Momma Motherboard LLC will provide that training to me at an additional standard rate of $150 per hour.

I also certify that I will indemnify and hold harmless Momma Motherboard LLC for any and all data or software that may be lost or erased, as well as for any consequence of the erasure or loss of that data or software. Although Momma Motherboard LLC will take every precaution to preserve all data and software on the computer, I acknowledge that occasionally data loss will occur and/or software operation may be compromised.

I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Momma Motherboard LLC for any and all hardware or software malfunctions or accidents that may occur before, during or after work is performed on Client's computer, and for any results thereof.

Momma Motherboard LLC and technical team also acknowledge that we may while troubleshooting see confidential information on your machine and agree to keep this confidential.

We have a 7 day guarantee of our service specific to the problem repaired. We recommend you call right away or as soon as you see the problem return.

Momma Motherboard LLC is not responsible for any future issues not directly related to the completed repairs.
